Don't miss our February Open House! Bring Your Soul to Work Day is designed to support each aspect of your life with opportunities for soul-full connection, introspective reflection, and plain old FUN. You can stay all day or drop in as your schedule allows to experience all the goodness. You'll connect more deeply to yourself and other women, and leave feeling whole, supported, and more like YOU. 

Timeline of the Day:

• 9am - 10:30am - Coffee, Conversation, & Coworking: Take your time settling in and taking care of anything you need at the start of your day at ALTAR. Whether it's catching up on emails, fitting in your meditation practice, or more, this is the perfect time to set your intentions for the day.
