I lovingly curate transformative + intentional Sound Bath Meditation experiences, weaving together elements of yoga, the breath, and space for gentle self-reflection to foster rest, rejuvenation and connection.

I deeply value creating spaces for you to show up EXACTLY as you are. No expectations. People need a space for self discovery, experimentation, or just rest. This was something that was transformative for me in my own journey. It leaves room for self-acceptance and growth. It's my mission to pass this radical acceptance onto others.

Trust in the process! You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Travel the country in a little trailer + visit all 50 states + national parks.

I LOVE:

Journaling. Tarot cards. My doggies. The growth I experience from pushing my comfort zone. Traveling to the mountains. Italian beefs from Portillos. My incredible support system. My willingness to try new things + always keep learning. Mother nature.
